  • I don’t “treat” medical conditions in the traditional sense. Instead, I help clients uncover and address the root causes behind how they feel.

    My programs are designed for women who want to improve their overall health, maintain balance, or get to the bottom of issues like:

    Using a combination of functional wellness coaching and integrative physical therapy, I help clients create personal strategies in nutrition, movement, stress management, and lifestyle that support long-term health, clarity, and strength - from the inside out.

  • Traditional medicine and physical therapy often focus on managing symptoms or impairments - for example, relieving pain, prescribing medication, or addressing one body part at a time.

    My approach is integrative and root-cause oriented. I look at the whole person - your lifestyle, movement patterns, stress, sleep, nutrition, and environment to understand why symptoms are happening in the first place.

    Using the combined lens of Doctor of Physical Therapy expertise and functional wellness training, I create personalized plans that help your body restore balance, improve resilience, and support long-term wellness - not just sort-term relief.

    The process feels more like a partnership than a traditional medical visit. You’ll gain clarity about your health, tools to support your recovery, and a roadmap for sustainable results.

  • I come to you! For your convenience, I will travel to your home up to 20 miles away from Newtown Square, PA.

    Clients beyond 20 miles will have an extra travel fee added to each visit.

  • No! I have my Direct Access license and am happy to see you for an evaluation with or without a script. Should you have a script, it will positively add to our journey.

  • Outside of the packages listed, a la cart evaluations cost $250, while all follow ups are $200. You will always see me, never an assistant.

    I come to your home for your convenience and I spend 1 hour with you 1-on-1.

    In comparison to typical visitation schedules at your local PT clinic, co-pays may cost anywhere from $35-$100 per visit and you will be going to the clinic 3x/week for 4-8+ weeks. You may be double or triple booked and may not even see the therapist during your session. Despite having insurance cover those services, the long term payments quickly add up to be significantly more costly, and insurance will limit your yearly allowed visits as well.

  • Pricing will vary depending on the package you select. Please refer to the All Packages section to find what works for you. Not sure? The Foundations Reset package is a great place to start!

  • Most services provided are not covered by insurance. I therefore, do not take insurance.

    Depending on your individual needs and our treatment plan, there may be things that are covered by insurance based on your individual insurance plans. I am happy to provide you with a receipt for the services provided, with which you can submit to your insurance independently to receive your benefits allowed by your personal health insurance plan if appropriate.
